Terms of Use
How the relationship between you and the platform works: the service's boundaries, mutual obligations, and the rules of participation in the algorithmic management program. We state plainly what we do, what we don't, and what each side is responsible for.
1Acceptance of the terms
By using the RichFromTrade platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the platform. Participation in the algorithmic management program is additionally governed by individual terms agreed upon before you connect.
2Service description
RichFromTrade consists of two parts.
Public statistics
The platform displays the results of the trading algorithms: data comes straight from exchange APIs and updates automatically. This section is open to all visitors and is informational in nature.
The algorithmic management program
The platform's trading algorithms execute strategies on participants' exchange accounts through an API connection.
We do not accept, hold or withdraw funds: capital always stays on the participant's own account, and connection is made through API keys with no withdrawal rights.
The platform is not an exchange, a broker or a custodian. Information on the platform does not constitute a public offer, financial advice, or an individual investment recommendation. Specific terms of participation in the program (commission size, minimum connection thresholds) are agreed with each participant individually.
3User requirements
By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the platform and participating in the management program do not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
4API access
Participation in the management program uses API keys with no withdrawal rights — we never request or accept keys with such rights. You configure the keys following our instructions and are responsible for their correct configuration on the exchange side.
You can revoke the API keys at any moment in your exchange's dashboard — this stops the strategy on your account. If you suspect the keys have been compromised in any way, you undertake to notify us immediately and reissue the keys. The technical measures we take to protect keys on our side are described in the Privacy Policy.
5Risks and disclaimer
Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves a high level of risk, up to the loss of invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee returns and make no promises about how the strategies will perform.

6User obligations
You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information, comply with applicable law, not use the platform for illegal activity, not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, and not create excessive automated load on the service.
7Intellectual property
All rights to the platform's design, source code, trademarks, logos and content belong to RichFromTrade or the respective rights holders. Copying, modifying, distributing or otherwise using the platform's materials without written permission is prohibited.
8Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or constant availability of the service. We are not liable for failures on the side of exchanges, hosting providers, communication channels or other third parties, nor for decisions you make based on the platform's information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any losses connected with the use of the platform is limited.
9Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated. A management program participant may end their participation at any moment by revoking the API keys; the procedure for settling accrued commission is defined by the individual terms of participation.
10Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the update. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version.
