Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your data — when you visit the site and when you participate in the algorithmic management program.
1Introduction
RichFromTrade (“we”, “the platform”) respects your privacy and protects personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it — when you visit the site and when you participate in the algorithmic management program.
2What data we collect
Site visitors
Technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system) — to keep the service secure and stable. Anonymized usage data (pages viewed, time on site) — via cookies. Contact details (email, Telegram) — only if you leave them yourself through the contact form.
Management program participants
Contact details needed for communication and enrollment, as well as the exchange-account API keys you provide to connect the trading strategy.
3API keys
API keys are the most sensitive information you entrust to us, so the rules for handling them are set out separately.
We accept only keys with no withdrawal rights. If a provided key has withdrawal rights, we will ask you to reissue it — a connection with such rights is never made, under any circumstances.
Keys are used solely to execute the trading strategy on your account and to retrieve trading statistics. They are stored in an isolated server environment with restricted access and are not shared with third parties. On the exchange side, additional IP-address access restrictions apply.
You can revoke an API key at any moment in your exchange's dashboard — this immediately cuts off the platform's access to your account. When you disconnect from the program, the keys you provided are deleted.
4How we use data
We use the collected data to run the platform and display trading statistics, to execute the strategy within the management program, to respond to your requests, to ensure security and prevent abuse, and to improve the service based on anonymized analytics.
Public statistics on the platform are aggregated and contain no personal data of program participants: names, contact details and account identifiers are not published.
5Cookies
Cookies help remember your settings (interface language, selected filters) and collect anonymous visit statistics. You can limit or disable cookies in your browser settings — the platform's core features will remain available.
6Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, communication channels) strictly to the extent needed to run the service. Requests to exchanges are made over secure connections. Aggregated trading results of the program may be published on independent verification services — with no personal data of participants.
7Retention periods
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or until we receive your deletion request — whichever comes first. Legal requirements may oblige us to retain certain data for longer.
8Data security
All connections are protected with SSL/TLS encryption, access to the server infrastructure is restricted, and the systems are checked regularly. Even so, no method of transmitting or storing data is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection.
9Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction, deletion (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing or portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the form below — we will reply within a reasonable time.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce significant changes with a visible notice on the platform or via the contact details you provided. The date of the latest revision is always shown at the top of the document.
