Are you an exchange or a fund?
No. The platform is not an exchange, a broker or a custodian, and we are not a fund: we do not accept, hold or withdraw funds — capital always stays on the participant's own account. The algorithms trade on your account through an API connection.
How does connecting work?
You submit a request through the form on this page, we agree on the details, and then you create API keys with no withdrawal rights following our instructions — and the strategy starts working on your account. You can revoke the keys at any moment in your exchange's dashboard.
Why keys with no withdrawal rights?
So that you stay in control: the algorithm can trade on your account but is technically unable to withdraw money from it. We never accept keys with withdrawal rights under any circumstances.
How much does it cost?
Commission is calculated on profit only: no profit — no commission. The specific terms of participation are agreed individually before you connect.
Can trades be copied?
Yes, this format is coming: copy trading is the mechanics of the RFT Ai Trade strategy, which is now in closed testing. Details are on the strategy page. Want to be the first to know about the launch? Leave a request.
Where do the numbers come from, and can they be verified?
You don't have to take our word for it: statistics come straight from exchange APIs and update automatically, while the trade log is mirrored on an independent verification service — you can cross-check any figure.
When will the client portal appear?
A client portal with per-account statistics is on the near-term roadmap. For now, you can follow the results on the platform and in the weekly reports.
